Privacy Policy
Ascend Digital Partners (“Ascend Digital Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a marketing and lead-generation company that connects consumers with participating financial service providers. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, mortgage banker, mortgage loan originator, financial advisor, credit repair organization, or provider of financial products.
By using our websites, landing pages, calculators, forms, quizzes, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that Ascend Digital Partners may collect, process, and transfer your information to participating lenders, brokers, loan originators, lead purchasers, and other financial service providers for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and presenting potential financial product options.
Any payment, savings, or loan illustrations are estimates only and do not constitute a loan offer, commitment, or guarantee of approval, rates, terms, or savings.
We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan, refinance, home equity line of credit (HELOC), cash-out refinance, or any other financial product. Lending decisions are made solely by participating lenders and are subject to their underwriting guidelines, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws. Submission of information through the Services does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, savings, or funding.

1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact & identity information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and postal/ZIP code.
- Financial & property information you provide through our quizzes and calculators — such as estimated home value, mortgage balance, desired loan or cash amount, property type and use, and self-reported credit range. These figures are self-reported estimates; we do not pull your credit report.
- Communications consent — your agreement to be contacted and the records of that consent (time, page, and IP address).
- Device & usage information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with our Services, collected automatically.
- Marketing attribution data — campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (for example, UTM tags) and advertising click identifiers (such as Google, Meta/Facebook, or Microsoft click IDs).
- Cookies & similar identifiers — see Cookies & tracking technologies below.
2. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you complete a quiz, calculator, or contact form, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies as you use the Services, including via tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel, and a visitor-identification service.
- From service providers and partners who help us operate, measure, and improve our marketing and lead-routing.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Connect you with one or more participating lending partners and facilitate your request;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Contact you about products and services, including by phone, text, and email (see Marketing & calling consent);
- Operate, personalize, measure, and improve the Services and our advertising;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and abuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. How we share your information
We may share your information with:
- Lending partners. When you submit a request, we share the information you provide with one or more participating mortgage lenders, brokers, or their agents so they can contact you about loan products. This sharing is the core purpose of the Services.
- Service providers. Vendors that perform services on our behalf — for example, hosting, customer-relationship management (CRM), analytics, communications, and identity verification. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising & analytics partners. Providers that help us measure and deliver advertising, which may involve cookies and similar identifiers.
- Legal & safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ascend Digital Partners, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
By submitting information through the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Ascend Digital Partners operates as a lead-generation and marketing platform. Information you submit may be sold, licensed, transferred, disclosed, or otherwise provided to one or more participating lenders, mortgage brokers, mortgage loan originators, financial institutions, lead purchasers, marketing partners, or other financial service providers who may contact you regarding mortgage, refinance, home equity, home improvement, debt consolidation, or related financial products and services.
Depending on your state, our sharing of leads with lending partners and our use of advertising cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See U.S. State Privacy Rights for how to opt out.
5. Marketing & calling consent (TCPA)
By clicking “See My Options,” you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and consent to be contacted by Ascend Digital Partners and its partners at the phone numbers and email addresses you provide, including through automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, text messages (SMS), and email communications, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry.
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We maintain records of consumer consent, including consent language presented, timestamp, IP address, page URL, and related technical information for compliance, auditing, and legal purposes.
6. Cookies & tracking technologies
